A stock’s future price could be predicted in a multitude of methods. Two popular pieces of data that analysts examine are stock prices and stock news. From a more qualitative lens, analyst can conduct a sentiment analysis by text mining past news information.

This project is one of my first projects in data mining. I chose RapidMiner because of its (relatively) high level of flexibility and scalability.
